The crazies were out in full force today..

Very Old Lady: "Where's your MAC counter?"

Me: "I'm sorry, ma'am, but this store doesn't have a MAC counter."

VOL: "And why not?!"

Me: "As you can see, we have.."


VOL: "I don't care about what you have! I want to know why you don't have MAC!"

Me: "Because we're a small store?"

VOL: "That's a good reason." (Walks away, leaving me blinking in confusion.)

At dinner...

Mom: (To The Boy) "At least try some rice.."

The Boy: "Fine. Just not the peas."

The Girl: "What do you mean 'no peas'? Peas are why it's pilaf!"

Me: (Choking on food.)
